Social media is a part of everyone’s life. We all use it to connect with friends and share our life moments. It plays a huge part in our daily lives, from how we see ourselves to what we fancy for dinner.

 

In this episode on Caitlin Talks I am joined with trainee journalists Monde and Eva where we talk openly and honestly about our experiences with social media.

 

We discuss how a simple ‘like’ on  an Instagram picture can lower our self-esteem and what it’s been like for us as young adults growing up alongside the cyber world.
